We were too tired to go out for dinner, so we opted for the frozen pizza (sorry - did I say we were tired?) - and OMG - La Reine certainly was! Breakfast was also great. I got a big kick out of the fitness centre in the stairway - brilliant. And the location was perfect! We walked about 4 blocks from the train station, and later about the same distance to our destination at the Marina. It could not have worked out better for us. And the staff was charming and helpful and bilingual (at least).

The hotel is well situated close to the riverbank and near a pedestrian bridge from where you can easily cross over to tour the historic old town. Parking is free and plentiful outside the hotel or in a nearby car park. The room was simple but clean and the staff helpful. There is a pub, some restaurants and a large supermarket in walking distance very close by.

View from breakfast room was excellent and there was a sensation of spaciousness throughout the hotel which we weren't expecting. Staff friendly and efficient in a low-key way.

The hotel is located next to the river and close to the historical center of the city. the rooms are small but comfortable and clean

This hotel is just across the bridge, and so a short walk, from Old Town. As the name suggests it is a budget hotel but it is very clean and comfortable. There are no room amenities beside air con & TV but the bed is comfy and the bathroom good. Breakfast is simple and consisted of bread, pastries, fruit, coffee/tea/juice etc. all of which were excellent. It is easy walking distance from the station. For the price it’s great value!

I can't fault Ibis for value for money, this was excellent, location with parking and secured parking was available at extra cost if needed , excellent value for money

Nice bathroom, very good shower. Good buffet breakfast with plenty of choice. Easy to find free parking and right opposite the footbridge into town. Large supermarket nearby, useful for fuel and shopping for onward journey.

The location was very good - a short walk to all the sights we wanted to see. My son was able to leave his bike in the store room which put his mind at rest as the car was parked in a public car park.

Fantastic location in the centre of Auxerre with easy free parking. Lovely clean, fresh-looking room, and an excellent bathroom. Very friendly staff, and a really good value breakfast. We would thoroughly recommend this hotel for an overnight stop.

Location was spectacular. Views from our room were amazing. Bathroom was very well appointed. Beds comfortable and all ea s clean and thoughtful. Excellent pricing. Will come back for a longer stay.
